Building Character, Confidence, and Connection after the "Hard Places."

Has your child been labeled "too sensitive?" Do they ignore their own needs in order to please others? Have they endured childhood grief or trauma such as adoption, divorce, or the loss of a parent or close family member?

Do they have a hard time making and keeping friends? Do they seem to always need to be in control? Is it impossible for them to accept when they are wrong or makes a mistake?

Have you noticed that your child needs constant reassurance of your love and has a tendency to want everything to be fair when it comes to their brother or sister?

Journey to You (7).png

As a parent, you want your child to develop a strong sense of self into adulthood. You want them to freely be themselves, know what they want, and build healthy relationships with others.

The Wholehearted Program was created to help parents and professions support kids to discover and know their worth. Using the strategies gleaned from Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment and TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), this program provides a unique approach to building self-confidence, character, and genuine connection to self and others.
